Refund Policy
It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Singlethe costs for returning from home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.00 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@maisonleonie.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the returned product has already been received in good order.
For fragile products, we recommend that you indicate 'insured' when shipping costs. In the event of damage during transport, we can request a damage claim from our transport company. We cannot do this if the shipment is not insured. The right of reimbursement therefore expires.

Items available in the outlet cannot be returned.
In case of cancellation/refund using Klarna:
In the event of a refund or cancellation, we reserve the right to deduct 5% from the total order amount. This is to cover cancellation costs. So pay close attention when ordering with one of the Klarna services. Because borrowing money also costs money!
